Directions for use
Place creme on index and ring finger and rub in a circular motion into the applied area of skin until it is absorbed. A small amount of moisture will remain on the skin surface briefly, continue to rub into the area.
Apply 2 to 3 times per day for best results including once before bedtime.

It may be advisable to sample the product on a small area of skin prior to widespread use to ensure there is no adverse reaction such as skin irritation or the occurance of a rash.
