Serving Size: 1 scoop

How to use it: As a dietary supplement, mix one serving with 6-8 ounces of cold water, milk, or blend with your favorite Myoplex shake. For best results, consume 1-4 servings daily. To support positive nitrogen balance, serious athletes should consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight spread over 4-6 small meals per day.

Note: Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 120 ounces of water per day. Drink an additional 16 ounces of water for every pound lost during exercise. i have been using eas 100% protein for over a year love it, also i add 2 raw eggs to bump up the protein intake to39g
